Augilar Named Halff’s San Antonio Operations Manager

SAN ANTONIO — Halff, an award-winning, employee-owned and full-service infrastructure consulting firm, has announced Jaime Aguilar as operations manager to lead its San Antonio office.

With three decades of experience in transportation engineering, Aguilar brings a wealth of expertise to the role. He spent 22 years with CP&Y (acquired by STV in 2021), where he specialized in project design and management for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and a wide range of local municipalities throughout the San Antonio region. His portfolio includes on/off system bridges and major highways. Throughout his career, Aguilar has contributed to projects across 14 of TxDOT’s 25 districts.

Aguilar holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
